ALL RATES IN THAI BAHT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED - Golf Rates unless otherwise noted above are based on 18 holes at the Chiangmai Highlands Golf and Spa Resort golf course - rates do not include Caddie Fee of 400 THB per round this fee is compulsory and must be paid in cash. There is a Traditional tip for the caddie per 18 holes a good tip is generally 400 THB upwards. The Green Fees do not include any cart fee of 750 THB per round one player per cart and caddie must drive. Depending on weather and golf course conditions on the day and / or during the round golf carts MAY be allowed on to certain parts of the fairways at 90 degrees - on and off the cart path. All rates are per person including golf and are quoted in Thai Baht and include the taxes as charged by the Thai Government at the time of writing. The rates are subject to change without notice. The Chiangmai Highlands Golf and Spa Resort does not operate a Rain-Check policy.
